Hall pass: Movie Review - The Farrelly brothers return to their old form, like with The Heartbreak Kid, with Hall Pass. Hall Pass is a flick about the battle of the sexes, and how the women have prevailed. Hall Pass has plenty of gross-out humor, like several of their films, but it’s their funniest since Me, Myself and Irene.
The picture’s heroes are Rick and Fred, two middle aged married fellas who haven’t been having much action as of late. So, after an embarrassing moment at a party, their wives are talked into giving them two weeks off of marriage. Free to do what ever they want, no rules at all.
The concept appears great to them. However the truth is, both them and their pals are lame dorky guys who haven’t hit on chicks for quite some time. So, it is kind of a concern. As for the women, who also decide to do it at the spur of the moment, it really is less difficult. Get free movie download of Hall Pass.
Hall Pass has a few gross moments. Some definitely screamed in the theater at one point. But most of the time it’s hilarious. I like The Farrelly Brothers pictures, most of the time. They’ve done some lousy flicks, but mostly good. They’ve directed many funniest pictures I have ever seen, such as Dumb and Dumber and There’s Something About Mary. I did appreciate their last gross fest, The Heartbreak Kid. But this flick is considerably more funny. It has a better concept, instead of a kind of grim one. I laughed out loud a few times throughout Hall Pass. It really is the funniest flick I’ve viewed in awhile, and it’s nice to have the brothers back. Watch Hall Pass at the free movie site.
